Information collected

We may process account details, organization membership, project records, uploaded files, support messages, billing identifiers, security logs, and product usage needed to operate LabOps.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and secure the service, process billing, respond to requests, send operational notices, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product. We do not sell customer content.

Service providers

Configured deployments may use Supabase, Stripe, Resend, OpenAI, and hosting providers. Their use depends on administrator configuration and their own terms. AI features are opt-in and should not receive sensitive data unless the customer has completed an appropriate assessment.

Retention and requests

Workspace owners control ordinary record deletion subject to backups, security requirements, and applicable law. Contact info@microcdlabs.com for access or deletion requests.

Prohibited data during evaluation

Do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, export-controlled data, regulated production records, or secrets during a trial unless a signed agreement and suitable deployment controls are in place.
